Before you call for service did you try this first?
- Check if the breaker is tripped
- Make sure the thermostat is on and the setting is correct
- Turn the thermostat off, wait 10 minutes and turn it on
- Check the air filter and make sure is not dirty
- If unit is iced up turn off and wait for ice to melt
